What should be improved at Lebenshilfewerk Neumünster GmbH?
We wanted to generate more applications and also digitize our application process. The aim was to be able to handle the data more easily and, above all, more quickly. It was important to us not only to improve internal processes, but also to make this noticeable for our applicants – for example through faster communication. Satisfied applicants should also help us to build up an applicant pool. Through the additional use of d.vinci multiposting, we wanted to reach more people.
Overall, it can be said that we wanted to strengthen our external image as a company in order to be perceived as an attractive employer.
