“We wanted to operate the software independently in the future”
We recommend our software introduction workshop to every new customer. Bianca Biehler from the Baden-Württembergischen Landesverband für Prävention und Rehabilitation GmbH tells us why this is really useful.
What happens in the workshop with d.vinci for software implementation at the Baden-Württembergischen Landesverband für Prävention und Rehabilitation GmbH?
„In the workshop for the introduction of the d.vinci applicant tracking system, important initial settings are first made in consultation with the HR department. Here, basic things are clarified which are important for the setup and for the optimal function. Furthermore, the participants are trained by the trainer in the best possible way to operate the program independently in the future and also to make further adjustments. The trainer guides the workshop participants optimally through the system and thus the whole system is explained very well and clearly.
What happened after the workshop or what did it achieve?
„After the workshop, the system was fully set up and could have gone “live” immediately. Only a few small things had to be set up by the workshop participants after the workshop, such as creating additional users or adding correspondence templates.
We went “live” with the system 2 weeks after the workshop and everything worked great and smoothly. The system is so easy to use and so intuitive that even the managers did not need any introduction or training on how to use it.”
What is your conclusion regarding the software and the workshop?
„It’s just so much fun to work with the system because you have a better overview of the current tenders and what status the applications are in.
The works council and the representative body for the severely disabled are also optimally involved in the process. And there are no more complaints from their side.”
