Getriebebau NORD has been using d.vinci applicant management for some time and has since received positive feedback from both internal and external sources.
What should be improved at Getriebebau NORD?
We wanted to improve our recruiting and our processes in general and make them more efficient. The starting signal for this was given at the turn of 2023/2024. In addition to the introduction of d.vinci applicant management, we were also able to initiate and successfully pursue other HR projects.
How has d.vinci applicant tracking system helped?
Since we started using d.vinci, the recruiting processes have become clearer, paperless and much more efficient. All users praise the ease of use and we receive positive feedback from applicants and our specialist departments.
We save an enormous amount of time in the HR business (e.g. thanks to Calendar Integration Plus) and can derive further insights from the extensive reports. The (automatic) status changes in the system help us to maintain an overview. We also use multiposting – this allows us to quickly select the right portals for our job advertisements and post them directly.
What conclusions can Getriebebau NORD draw from the project?
We are very satisfied with the d.vinci applicant management system. There are constant updates to further improve the system. The software is very intuitive, so that even if you rarely work with the system, you can find your way around quickly and easily. Getriebebau NORD & d.vinci: A complete success!
