“Divide task but still work together centrally”
msg insur:it uses d.vinci Applicant tracking & d.vinci Onboarding and is happy about shared tasks and centralized collaboration.
What did msg insur:it want to improve in terms of both applicant management and onboarding?
Above all, we wanted to structure and digitalize our processes. This included a clear definition of workflows and the automation of individual steps (e.g. reminders, confirmations of receipt, etc.). We wanted to save time and thus increase efficiency. And, of course, we also wanted to free up time for higher quality tasks.
In applicant management in particular, we needed a GDPR-compliant solution and centralized documentation of all process steps so that everyone involved is always informed. We wanted to be able to divide up tasks, but still work together in a centralized system.
When it came to onboarding, consistent quality within the company was particularly important to us – as the HR department, we wanted to be able to manage the processes ourselves. In addition, the new employees in particular should perceive us as an attractive employer from the outset and feel that they belong.
How did d.vinci help with software solutions?
First of all, d.vinci provides GDPR-compliant solutions. We are also convinced that d.vinci meets the requirements of a constantly changing job market. On the one hand, this means that applicants want to apply as easily as possible (without creating an account), that applying is fun at best and that we can give them quick feedback.
For onboarding, it was important to us that our onboardees’ uncertainties are reduced before their first day at work and that they feel well integrated straight away. The d.vinci employee portal made a very important contribution to this.
With regard to the introduction of d.vinci: Are you satisfied?
We are very satisfied with the introduction of the two software solutions, but also with d.vinci in general. We appreciate the trusting cooperation at eye level and the sparring on many different topics. We not only use d.vinci as a software solution, but also for many other issues in the area of talent acquisition. We are very much looking forward to further cooperation and future projects!
