What did MVV Energie AG want to improve?
“As HR managers, we are of course familiar with the situation where we advertise a position and receive a large number of applications. Sometimes it’s difficult to make the right choice. We wanted to make sure we found the best person for the job and at the same time give young applicants some guidance,” says Hans-Joachim Mayer, Head of Human Resources and Cultural Development at MVV Energie AG.

ALPHA-TEST & d.vinci: How did that work together?
After the career orientation test, which was developed by ALPHA-TEST, the students can apply to MVV Energie with just one more click. The recruiters then send out invitations from d.vinci for job-specific online assessments from ALPHA-TEST. The tests can be used to check whether students meet job-relevant requirements. In this way, recruiters have gained an important basis for decision-making in addition to the certificates. “ALPHA-TEST is a competent and reliable partner for MVV Energie for the implementation of our online tests for training and DH studies. By feeding the results back into the d.vinci applicant tracking system, the rest of the recruiting process can be completed seamlessly and efficiently,” says Hans-Joachim Mayer.
