The Realcore Group uses d.vinci applicant management and is pleased with the improved process and uncomplicated implementation.
What should be improved at the RealCore Group?
First of all, we wanted to ensure a better approach to data protection, for example the legally compliant storage and automatic deletion of applicant data. It was also important to us to create applicant-related communication, for example by improving the speed of response or by optimizing the matching of vacancies and suitable applicants. We also wanted to standardize the applicant management system within the RealCore Group to make it easier to work together.
What positive changes has d.vinci applicant tracking system brought?
The use of d.vinci applicant management has enabled us to achieve a lot:
- Overview of all applicants and application processes
- Evaluation options through the system
- Simplified communication, both internally and with applicants
- Optimization of the selection process by involving the specialist departments
- Possibility to save applicants in a pool after rejection. This enables contact to be made at a later date.
- Easier use of job portals by integrating them into the system
What conclusions does the RealCore Group draw from the project?
